In anticipation of a contract award, Tantus Technologies, Inc. – recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace – is seeking aSenior Power Platform Developerto support a federal client.
Location: Hybrid role in Bethesda, MD. Clearance: This position supports a federal contract and requires the ability to pass a background check.
What You'll Do
Application Development: Using agile methodologies lead the design, develop, test, and maintain applications within Power Apps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Gather and understand application requirements, design custom applications, and conduct thorough testing to meet quality standards. Implement enhancements, updates, and improvements to existing applications.
Tools: Utilize PowerApps Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft PowerShell development tools. Develop additional skillsets as new tools are required in the environment.
Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with the SharePoint Administrator, Architects, Web and Application Development Team, and Product / System Owners of integrated external applications and data sources. Participate in quality assurance and testing activities.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application development processes, configurations, and changes. Document SharePoint configurations and application-specific details.
Support and Training: Provide technical guidance and support to end user and assist with troubleshooting application-related issues. Assist with testing, user documentation and training material (when necessary) to facilitate end-user adoption.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Microsoft PL-500 certification
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fields
Min 5 years experience in a technical role
Experience with PowerApps Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft PowerShell development tools
Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps
Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
Abilities

Salary Range
Salary range is $110,000-145,000/year. The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors that influence compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
