This role will assist in gathering, documenting, and tracking accessibility requirements across NICHD’s IT products, including applications, websites, documents, and multimedia content.

As a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and accessibility specialists, the Jr. Business Analyst will help ensure accessibility is planned, implemented, documented, and tracked throughout the Agile development lifecycle

  • Collaborate with content owners, document authors, and developers to understand compliance issues and facilitate resolution tracking.

  • Provide support in planning and organizing accessibility training sessions and learning materials.
